Abandoned flytipped wheelie bins

There are 2 (two) abandoned RBC large domestic size wheelie bins. These have been abandoned at the southeast corner of the market place, approx 20 metres away from "honest burger" restaurant. They do not appear to be associated with that business and the street care team have not emptied empty them to date, so they are now overflowing with fetid trash, which is continuously added to be passersby. This area is used for a street food market every week and is surrounded by food outlets. They have been there for approx one month. Please empty and remove to prevent future piling of refuse.
