Cars and HGV blocking cycle path

Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6613134.

Continuous blocking of cycle path, this is up a hill and a dual carriageway, very dangerous for cyclists as the cycle path which has double yellow lines is totally blocked .
