Black BMW parking ON THE CROSSING

For the second week running on a Sunday, a dark BMW (number plate recorded) was parked ON THE CROSSING at Temple Newsam on Colton Road / Elm Tree Walk. This is the only pedestrian entrance to the park for quite a distance and should not be used as a personal parking place, even for disabled drivers. Irresponsible parking like this makes safe crossing almost impossible for a large number of users including the disabled, people with pushchairs, the elderly and children.
