Bridge relief pipe blocked

Reported via mobile anonymously at 11:29, Monday 14 October 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council 7 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6612229.

We have an issue with the Sor brook on little bridge road under the bridge and the brook has now filled up with road debris and the relief pipe under the bridge is blocked and this now blocks the flow of the brook and with the recent rain this cannot relive it self and in turn has built up so much that the brook cannot drain away and the brook in heavy rain recently had flows onto the rod and on to properties. We would like urgent action on this to clear the debris in the brook as its so bad we cannot even dig away. This will require and muck a way grab digger to remove the excess dirt ASAP before the winter and any new heavy rains come. Please assist as a matter of urgency and for someone to come out and meet with me to discuss. This also wouldnt be a big job and can be done within an hour to remove the debris
