Harland St cottage pavement on South St the worst I have seen it. Overflowing bins, flytipping, litter as per.
Why after 6 years of this repeated behaviour & never-ending reporting has still nothing been done to successfully prevent this?
Whatever you've tried hasn't worked, so you need a Plan Z.
(I predict, however, that in another 6 years, it will still be the same...)
