Huge issue with drainage, always floods when raining which: 1) makes a huge puddle which goes on the pavement too which school children have to negotiate and make sure they don’t get splashed by passing cars 2) hides double yellow lines which causes cars to park where they shouldn’t blocking visibility at junctions

The investigation we have done so far has identified that we need to carry out more work to either better understand or resolve this problem. We have added this location to our drainage improvement programme list. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide you with a timescale of works as they will be prioritised based on risk and available budget. Changes might need to be made if we need to prioritise other works due to emergencies or weather events.
In the meantime, if there is any immediate threat to the property or highways safety requiring an emergency response then we ask that this is telephoned through to the team on 0300 123 5020 between 8:30am – 5:00pm or outside of these hours, contact our out of hours team on 0300 123 5025.
