Huge puddle every time there is heavy rain

Sent to Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6607339.

Everytime it rains there is a huge puddle as you turn into Vigo Lane. It covers most of the left hand side of the road as you turn in and is impossible to avoid. I suspect there is a drainage issue from the common.
