Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6605932.

Number 5 parks both their cars back to back blocking the public pathway in the evenings and on weekends so you have to walk all the around and it’s dangerous blind spot so you can’t see if theirs any cars coming. They don’t have dip in their drive to allow them to park there. I’ve left them note couple times to tell them and they wouldn’t listen so I said I would report them to councils

    Nothing has been done and they parking in the same spot and it’s dangerous and note has been left on their cars and they just ignore as they don’t care
