Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6605591.

A double manhole cover is very loose, and awaiting a serious accident. The loud banging caused when any vehicle crosses it is so intrusive it is a constant noise nuisance to the houses nearby. This has been the situation for a year or more.

Updates

Having received a txt on several occasions to say someone was on site to fix the problem, they only marked it with coloured paint. The problem of noise has increased. Does anyone know how to report to the local council that its an intrusive noise problem?
