Fast traffic making flat shake

The past few months I’ve noticed that my flat shakes and vibrates whenever a bus or heavy duty vehicle goes past, and the shaking is quite intense when they are travelling at speed and most noticeably a double double decker bus. I have spoken with my neighbours in the house opposite and they have found the same issue.
