Sent to Torbay Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6604992.

Further to my report of 9 October they are still pitched at the shelter on the Downs. Recognise one on the left usually outside the Co Op in St Marychurch and known to the police and emergency services. Not good for the area, local businesses, tourism and hospitality.

Updates

They are still there, EVEN THOUGH the shelter is fenced for redecoration.
