Fallen leaves need removing

This is an ongoing problem. Fallen leaves are allowed to remain on footpaths and bike lanes, where they rot down into topsoil and allow weeds to take root. This is then a much harder and more expensive problem to resolve. Dog crap is left on the mulch, litter accumulates. The whole area looks dirty and uncared for and crime and petty vandalism occurs where places look abandoned. Residents are doing their bit to keep gardens and paths outside homes tidy, but they can't be expected to do large jobs like pavement clearing
