Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6582410.

Someone has fixed skull and crossbones flags to 3 or 4 traffic light posts at the Mowbray/A264 roundabout junction. This is distracting, probably illegal, and offensive. Please can they be removed as soon as possible.
