Parking on a junction

Sent to Rhondda Cynon Taf Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6577406.

Leaving the side street is impossible due to vehicles parking on the end of the junction, navigating out on to the main road (Heol Seward) is a very dangerous manoeuvre due to these vehicles parking so close to a junction. Why or how are there no road markings to stop this? Can this please be looked into.
