Traffic signals out of sequence with lights at Great Knollys St

Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6577229.

The lights are stopping traffic on Caversham Road when there is no traffic on Tudor Rd - it is also not sequenced with Great Knollys St - the result is that traffic is being backed up on Vastern Rd all the way to Forbury Road causing severe congestion
