Costco Causing Long Traffic Queues & Congestion

Ever since Costco in Green Park opened its fuel station and re-arranged its car park the traffic problems having been getting worse. Queues now often tail back to the A33 and you can't get into Green Park via S Oak Way for other purposes because of Costco. Management at Costco seem to be ignorant to the problem, maybe Reading Council can force them to change their ways as this is now becoming a regular occurrence that the queue is all the back onto the A33.
