Neighbour lets dogs run loose in the lane and doesn’t clear up after them. They now have a new puppy which is being let out loose on the lane and for the last two days has come into my front garden, today fouling on my garden. They have 5 dogs of their own but also look after their son and daughters dogs so up to 7 dogs. I have CCTV which shows their dogs running loose on many occasions and also them coming into my property to retrieve their dog over the last couple of days
