Tree felt down into private garden

Another tree just felt down this morning into our garden. There is my 15 months old son's playground underneath. Will these WAY TOO HIGH trees be trimmed soon before my son is getting hurt? I already sent a report 2 weeks ago about another tree in our fence. Still not heard anything. It is summer and can't go to my garden now.
