The road is on a slight down hill and because of the works carried out on the opposite side of the pavement the mud has built up and is channeling the water into my driveway and fluiding my garden every time it rains I've put in previous complaints since the beginning of this year and I've spoken to different people who have all done nothing about resolving this problem to the point where the council has got the contractors back to fix the opposite side of the pavement but when I spoke to a council worker about my side of the pavement I was told to dig it out myself which I find quite difficult because I'm disabled and waiting for a knee replacement
