Sustained damage problem

PERM - Customer states that a bollard looks like it has been hit. It is almost laying in the road and thee slabs and kerbs stones have been dislodged. (Enquiry 11469320)
Above job REGENT STREET - Cheltenham , a bollard has been hit, also footway has been raised.could a perem repair enquiry go to a SI please.

If repair work is required, it will either be classed as urgent or will be put into a planned programme of works to ensure it is repaired as efficiently as possible.
