The paving block is uneven and a risk to the public if someone walks over and trips up.

That curb that was raised has not fully been flattened, ideally it should be in the line with the road surface as much as possible. Plus, the curb that has been pushed down is now broken in 2 pieces, can it be replaced with one new piece of kurb?
