No litter bins on Chertsey Road

Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6568083.

I've been living on Chertsey Road (near St Margarets roundabout) for nine years. There are no litter bins from St Margarets Station until the Twickenham Rugby Stadium (2km). People walking that stretch are littering the road, because they don't have an option (I guess). Richmond council doesn't put any bins saying it's Tfl's responsibility. Can you please help us with this? Thanks
