The caravan shown in the photograph has been parked on Riverside Drive for over three months now. The occupant (s) discharge their toilet waste into the street gutter and it stinks. The van itself is an eyesore. The door of the caravan faces directly into a live traffic lane which could be dangerous for both it’s occupants and drivers.
