Sent to Reading Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6567386.

At 8:50am yesterday traffic queued back down and in to st Michaels Road. Today at 1pm just a lorry and I go through from churches to the Meadway. It is carnage. Please sort this out.
