There is an unlit, unbolarded,in signposted island in the middle of the carriageway I found the Keep left sign in a Bush at the side of the road, The light bulb is broken and no sign of a bollard, 100mm kerb as well, it's been like this for some time.as the box in the island for the lightbulb to illiminate the bollard that is no where to be seen is full of debris that would have taken months to fill.
