Regular flytipping by neighbours

We have been dealing with flytipping problems in the car park behind 36-40 Liverpool Road for a number of years now. Since the new apartments were built next doors (Maxet House) the problem has arose. We have emailed the managing agent of the building many times but nothing gets resolved. Please help us, this is an ongoing problem which creates problems for us on a regular basis.

We had it cleaned up early this week, now this is what has happened straight after. You were supposed to come back to us within 5 days of our initial complaint and we have heard nothing.

Dear Sirs,
Can somebody do something about this rubbish being dumped in the car park behind 36-40 Liverpool Rd.
We have contacted you twice already and cleaned the rubbish twice but the neighbours keep dumping there rubbish in our car park and there landlord will not do anything about it.
