Black bin persistently left in street

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6565252.

The bin outside no 37 is never emptied (guessing because they have not recycled) nether removed from the street when not on day of collections.

Could words of advice be given and other reprimands as deemed necessary.

This is a continual issue...
