At least 3 drains blocked, hedges overgrown too

If you walk from loddon drive Pylons to tamar way the gulley is blocked and at least 3 drains are blocked. Vegetation has taken root and have been doing so for some time. I would suggest a last clean in 2021 was not done properly or overseen.
