Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6563420.

Mains water pipe under the road opposite the farm buildings. Ongoing leak since AUGUST. You cannot miss it. Its in the short stretch of old road surface that TARMAC/MW REFUSED WASTE TIME MONEY AND RESOURCES DIGGING IT UP TO RESURFACE. Needs to be resolved before freezing weather kicks in and turns the entire hill into a sheet of BLACK ICE and causes vehicle accidents.
