Rubbish bin kicked from footing

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6562969.

The bin bin had been kicked from footing and is lying on the ground on pavement this has happened before but the repairs were not done correctly it was balanced on three bricks which in it self was a hazard This is a very busy bus stop and needs sorting asap
