Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6558290.

Drain cover missing. Someone drove over cone that was probably over hole at 5pm on 6th October (this would be inadequate protection for hole as easily moved). Gentleman failed to replace cone over hole after he noticed he had driven over it, he was made aware that hole was there. When i returned to car driver had not replaced cone and cone was also gone.
