I believe that your traffic wardens/enforcement offices need to visit this area regularly. This car constantly parks here, not only is it dangerous as you can't see around it when turning out of Ranelagh Grove, but it is also a bus stop.

Offending car can be found early morning before 8AM or after 6PM most days.
