Cars obstructing pedestrians by parking on the pavement

The roads around city hospital have become riddled with cars parking on the road, using the pavement as their way of squeezing more vehicles into the area. This makes it dangerous and annoying for pedestrians, especially those with wheelchairs, mobility scooters or pushchairs
