Caravan blocking full path and just on end of road

Caravan on drive sticks out to long blocking full path and goes to end of road, being on bend and on top of hill, almost hit car into it when someone came up hill quick as can’t get over or will cause big damage and worse when someone parks opposite then got to try and get through
