Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6552267.

Luxmore road Constantly being used to drive the wrong way, they know they are going the wrong way as the majority of them do it at speed causing more danger to others. I Suggest putting more no entry signs on road and posts and maybe building kurbs out to prevent turning right, this will also help calm the speeding cars coming from the correct direction
