Damaged concrete posts

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and South Oxfordshire District Council 6 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 6551302.

These 2 posts have been damaged possibly by a vehicle that had parked on the grass area nearby. I'm not sure if they are indicators for Thames Water or SODC of the drainage runs on the estate roads. Unfortunately someone has taken to moving them around the grassed area so concerned they may be used to cause damage elsewhere at some point.
