Waste bins dumped in street

These bins are left dumped by the roadside week on week on week and not only look an eyesore but are quickly becoming a dumping ground for litter and going to become a health and safety issue when they attract vermin. I believe they have been left there by residents on Bonvilston Road, as that is what the numbers on the bins would suggest.

Please can the council remove these bins, as the person who uses them clearly has no intention of doing so given the fact they are just dumped here... Along with a black bag which has been left here on a Friday and will no doubt be ripped apart and waste all over the pavement.
