Illegally parked cars

For the past three years the primitive butcher and the two brothers motorcycle garage have been using the double yellow lines outside their respective businesses as their own private parking spaces. Despite years of complaints about the same thing, they continue to flout the law, in the certain knowledge that absolutely nothing will be done by Enfield council. Cars are parked illegally all day at different points but as soon as 5:30 pm comes, they relax and truly begin to show the utter contempt they have for the laws of the country to which they have emigrated. They know that the company that Enfield Council has farmed out enforcements to, shut at 5:30 pm and they can now fill the double yellow lines with as many mopeds and cars as they please. One rule for us and a different rule for them.
