Temporary bollards they look terrible

These bollards are blocking a lane for traffic coming towards the M77 and at rush hour it gets very blocked. They were put in at Covid and are now an eyesore, what are they actually doing and can they be removed and the lane used for what its meant to be used for? Anyone turning off the M77 into Pollock Park is met with this dirty wall of bollards and generally poorly maintained roads.
