I have been driving to downham leisure centre since March and there is consistently a car double parked at the corner of Moorside road this makes coming out of the leisure centre difficult particularly as there is a set of traffic lights nearby.

    Hi is there an update in this the cars are continuing to cause an obstruction when you are trying to exit or enter the leisure centre
