Recycling bins need emptying

I have reported numerous times that one of the glass recycling containers in Sparrows Den is full and has not been emptied for months ?

I suspect the Company that empties the glass containers is unable to empty the container because the mechanism is broken ?

Can your officers please check this out please ?
