Cars blocking footpath

Cars are now regularly being parked on the footpath so that it's impossible to squeeze past, never mind get a pram/buggy past, outside 'Beninghoe', corner of Byde St & Farquhar St. the example below really takes the biscuit, there several days recently

  • The cars that were there at the time have gone, but there's no sign that a parking warden had been in attendance, the problem seemed to be passed round the houses, and I was asked if the vehicles were taxed or not, as if we can tell any more with tax discs discontinued!
