  • Serious flooding of Ingham Lane extending into Brook Street, which has been like this for about a week to date (28/10/24) and an inch or two deep in many places depending on the road camber. According to an inspection by Thames Water, this is is not their responsibility, but is due to the blocked underground drain from the pond adjacent Stonor Green which then leads later on into the roadside brook further down Brook Street. This needs to be rodded and cleared as soon as possible, since when the weather drops down to freezing in the near future, this stretch of the public high way will become an ice rink and will inevitably cause serious traffic and pedestrian accidents.
