Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6541015.

Traffic lights are turning to red extremely quickly, only letting a small number of cars through. This is at the traffic lights from Queens drive turning right onto Edge Lane Drive, Liverpool, L14. This is causing significant traffic backlog - and it's been like this for around 1 week.
