Flooding in basement room

Reported via Android in the Flooding inside a building category anonymously at 21:24, Tuesday 1 October 2024 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Surrey County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6540212.

5 Arundel Road Dorking RH43HY

The middle of the floor was bulging with water and when walked across it seeped out of the skirting boards. It is slowly drying out but it may happen again. There is now damp and the room smells. My son has had to move upstairs and we are squashed in 2 rooms.

4 people in the property.

The basement room is my son’s bedroom.
