Cars occasionally parking in front of the dropped kerb for Cycle Route 6

There are times when cars have parked with either not much of a gap for a cyclist to turn in/out of the cycle way heading to/from Luton Airport Parkway station.
On at least one occasion a car was parked in front of the dropped kerb.
Would it be possible for a short length of yellow line to stop cars parking there - it would also help with safety if a cyclist is pulling out from the path onto the road.
