Pedestrian crossing on this side does not work

Over the last 2 days I've noticed the permanently lit up 'WAIT' on the side of the road by the Zenith building, and the button related to these signals on the island does not light up. Both days I've waited for several turns of the lights and this crossing no longer shows a green man. The traffic lights also seem to be out of sync from what it has been.
