Dangerous parking causing an obstruction

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6539876.

A car parks everyday on the pavement obstructing prams, invalid scooters & visually impaired who all have to walk in the road. Also cars coming up Marsham Road cannot see any vehicles coming down Curchfield Road from Jones Farm Road. The resident who lives opposite this car, when parked, struggles to get his own car in & out from his property. This has occurred for three weeks.
