Drop down bollard not in use for unknown reason

Sent to Bromley Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 6538355.

The drop down bollard on the pedestrian entrance to Jubilee Country Park between 357 and 359 has not been in use for some time for reasons unknown. This means that unauthorised vehicles could gain access to the park through this entrance. It needs to be repaired or replaced please, according to what the issue is, to protect the security of the park.
