This ditch running along Howes lane is completely blocked (almost looks non existent) as it has not been cleared for years and each time the heavy machinery cuts trees and bushes at side of the rows it drops more innit as it doesn’t get cleared.

This is causing flooding along Isis Avenue and Becadsle road.

  • Thank you for the update. Oxfordshire County Council is not responsible for this problem as this is located on non-maintained/private highway. This ditch and tree line is the responsibility of the riparian land owners. Kind regards
